Facility Rules & Safety Instructions

At RocFit, safety, respect, and focus are the foundation of every session. To keep our space effective, inclusive, and injury-free, all participants must follow the rules below at every session.

General Behavior Expectations

  • Be Respectful: Treat your coach, classmates, equipment, and space with respect at all times.

  • Listen to Instructions: Always follow your coach’s directions before starting any movement or activity.

  • No Horseplay: Roughhousing, teasing, or excessive distraction will result in removal from the session.

  • Positive Attitude Required: Bring your best effort and a willingness to learn — RocFit is a no-negativity zone.

Training Floor Rules

  • Only Use Equipment When Instructed: Do not touch or use any weights, ropes, sleds, or tools unless your coach has explained and approved it.

  • Stay in Your Station: Remain at your assigned station during circuits and transitions unless directed to move.

  • One at a Time on Equipment: No racing, climbing, or competing for equipment. Share space and wait your turn.

  • Use Proper Technique: Prioritize form over speed or load. Coaches may modify exercises to ensure safety.

Safety & Injury Protocols

  • Report Injuries Immediately: If you feel pain, discomfort, or become dizzy, stop and alert your coach right away.

  • No Self-Coaching or “Trying Things”: Do not attempt unfamiliar movements without direct instruction.

  • Shoes Must Be Worn at All Times: No barefoot or sock-only training unless instructed during a specific drill.

  • Hydration & Rest: Bring a labeled water bottle. Use rest breaks wisely — stay near your coach and remain engaged.

Youth-Specific Guidelines (Ages 8–17)

  • Guardian Check-In/Out Required: Youth must be checked in and out by a parent or authorized adult.

  • No Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up: Athletes should arrive no more than 5 minutes before and be picked up promptly after each session.

  • Follow the RocFit Code: Move with purpose, train with focus, support your team.

  • Failure to Follow Rules: Repeated disruption or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.

Facility Use & Clean-Up

  • Keep the Space Clean: Return all equipment after use and dispose of trash properly.

  • Personal Items: Keep phones, bags, and outside gear off the training floor unless permitted.

  • Respect the Environment: RocFit is a shared space — volume, language, and actions must reflect that.

Our coaches are here to support, challenge, and keep you safe. Respect the space, trust the process, and train like it matters — because it does. By participating in RocFit programs, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to follow all facility rules and safety instructions.
