A high-energy, small-group training program built to introduce real athletic development for kids ages 7–10. Each 45-minute session blends fun, focused movement with age-appropriate strength, conditioning, and mobility work — using tools like sleds, agility ladders, pull-up bars, battle ropes, med balls, and hill sprints.

This isn’t just playtime — it’s their first step into a real training environment where they’ll learn how to move, build strength, and develop body control like an athlete. This program builds confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation for sports and life - and have FUN doing it!

This small-group training program is built for 11–13 year olds ready to train like real athletes. Each 45-minute session combines structured strength, speed, agility, and core development — using tools like resistance bands, dumbbells, sleds, battle ropes, med balls, ladders, pull-up bars, and more.
We blend performance training with age-appropriate mobility, coordination, and confidence building — all in a fun, focused setting that gets kids moving with purpose.

We focus on teaching proper form, movement mechanics, and training discipline — while helping athletes build strength, speed, mobility, and resilience. Whether they’re aiming for varsity or just getting started, this program creates confident, capable athletes ready to perform.
