Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made through RocFit LLC — including digital programs, subscription packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold), in-person services (youth training, The RocFit Experience), and other offerings — are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By enrolling, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy in full.

 

2. Subscription Billing

All recurring memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal to avoid further charges.

  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access to services.

 

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel digital or subscription services at any time by:
• Logging into your RocFit account
• Or contacting: RocFit.org@gmail.com

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your billing date. Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for that period.

 

4. Trial Periods

If your plan includes a free trial period, you must cancel before it ends to avoid charges. After the trial, regular refund terms apply.

 

5. One-Time Digital Program Purchases

All digital program purchases are final and non-refundable due to instant access to content.

 

6. In-Person Youth Athletic Programs

Enrollment in RocFit’s in-person youth programs (e.g., Athletic Foundations for Ages 8–10 or 11–14) is subject to the following policies:

  • Enrollment Commitment: Participation is based on monthly enrollment. Drop-ins are not permitted.

  • Billing: Families are billed monthly based on scheduled sessions. Students joining mid-month will be pro-ratedbased on remaining sessions.

  • Missed Sessions:
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions unless due to a verified medical condition.
    • RocFit does not offer make-up sessions unless explicitly stated.

  • Withdrawal Policy: To withdraw from the upcoming month, families must provide written notice via email at least 5 days before the next billing cycle begins.

  • Session Cancellations by RocFit: If RocFit must cancel a scheduled youth session (e.g., due to weather, staffing), we will offer a rescheduled make-up session.

  • ​​RocFit reserves the right to remove any participant from the program due to repeated violations of safety rules or behavioral policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

7. In-Person Coaching (The RocFit Experience)

Clients enrolled in adult in-person coaching must give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial participation or unused sessions unless due to a verified medical reason, subject to RocFit’s discretion.

 

8. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

In rare situations (e.g., duplicate charges, documented medical issues), RocFit may review refund requests. Submit all requests within 7 days of the charge to RocFit.org@gmail.com. All decisions are final.

9. Policy Updates

RocFit reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
