We support small to mid-size creators first. If you experience signifcant account growth as a result of participating in the collective, please don’t forget the little guy (or girl) who helped get you there.

No Faceless or Anonymous Accounts. To protect the integrity of the group, every account is reviewed prior to being admitted to the collective to ensure it’s owned and operated by real people meeting these guidelines.

Mutual Support – Show up for others, and they’ll show up for you.

Engage Daily – Like + genuine comments (no one-word replies or emojis only).

Max 1 Post Per Day – Share new or historical posts from your account.

Pay It Forward – Engage with a minimum of the last 5 posts before dropping your own.

No Bots / No Spam – Zero tolerance.

Stay active. We’re all here because we want to be here and grow. Repeated sporadic activity incongruent with the participation guidelines is grounds for removal for 1 month.

Why This Collective Exists
This Collective isn’t meant to replace your regular Instagram engagement, it’s designed to supplement it. Think of it as another tool in your growth toolbox: a way to boost visibility, grow more organically and authentically, and make real connections along the way.
