RocFit’s Minimalist Programs — including Feral Mode and its advanced progression, Savage State — are designed for individuals who train hard with limited equipment and maximum intent. These programs use just dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands to deliver full-spectrum results: strength, mobility, conditioning, and grit.

RocFit’s Grab N’ Go Burners are fast, effective training sessions built for maximum output in minimal time. With 50 total workouts across categories like Quick & Dirty Burners, Bodyweight Burners, and Joint Friendly Burners, these sessions are perfect when you're short on time but still want to train with intent.

 

Each burner is a complete 20–30 minute workout, combining strength, conditioning, and mobility in a focused format that requires little to no setup. Whether you're at home, on the road, or need a quick sweat between full training days, the Burners deliver intensity, variety, and results — no excuses.
