Built for athletes and serious lifters who train with intention and intensity, Unleashed pushes your capacity, coordination, and composure beyond the edge.

 

What You Get

• 16-week progressive performance system

• 4-day training split: Legs • Chest • Back/Shoulders • Arms

• Format: Dynamic Warm-Up → Strength Supersets → Explosive Finishers → Core → Cooldown

• Built-in structure: 3 build-up sets → working sets → back-off set to failure

• Rest intervals: 30–60 sec max
